Thecus N2100

Adding a serial connector

It is possible to add a serial console to the Thecus N2100. Please note that this is not necessary if you just want to install Debian rather than do low-level development work with this board.

Holes for the serial console are located on the SATA backplane.

After soldering a 9 pin header to the board...

... you can connect a serial connector.
